Junior Financial Operator – F&I

MSX International

• Insurance quotations; • CRM platforms; • Proactive calls to customers (internal and external); • Submission of proposals to insurers; • Receipt and forwarding of policies and payment slips (boletos); • Monitoring and collection of commissions (insurer x broker x dealership); • Renewal process; • Tracking of payments; • Portfolio renewals; • Claims follow-up; • Opening and tracking of tickets, service requests and claims, with feedback to clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Marketing or related fields;
  • Previous experience with automotive financing processes, knowledge of rates and banking calculations, basic financial mathematics, and customer service;
  • Valid driver's license (Category B);
  • Availability to travel;
  • English and Spanish preferred;
  • Excel and PowerPoint: Basic.
