Product Manager – Tech-forward Medicare Experience and Operations Platform

• Define product vision, success metrics, and prioritized roadmaps for agent-facing and consumer-facing Medicare products • Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Engineering, and Design to identify needs and translate them into clear product requirements • Lead discovery, user research, and workflow analysis to optimize agent efficiency and deliver a high-quality enrollment experience • Drive iterative product development, ensuring features are delivered on time and with measurable impact • Monitor product performance, analyze data, and refine solutions to improve conversion, customer satisfaction, and operational outcomes • Ensure products meet Medicare regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience discovering and delivering customer-facing digital products, ideally in health insurance or Medicare environments
- Proven ability to define strategy, manage roadmaps, and work hands-on with engineering
- Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting complex datasets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical staff
- Experience with user research, process optimization, or workflow tools
- Deep empathy for the mission of helping people navigate health care in retirement
- An ability to defend design details in the creation of a people-friendly digital experience
- Familiarity with creating with mobile-first web-based solutions
- Strong communication skills, with a clear ability to express ideas in writing as well as comfort in presentations to advocate for your solutions.
