Call Center Agent (m/f/d)
AUTO1 Group
• Act as the first point of contact by phone for customers' general inquiries • Relieve the Sales team by handling customer enquiries outside the sales process • Research the current status of orders together with colleagues from other departments • Ensure a smooth customer journey • Help ensure that customers receive their new car as quickly as possible
Job Requirements
- Some experience in dialog marketing, call centers, or private customer service
- Enjoy talking on the phone and have a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work style
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Positive attitude and commitment to achieving self-set goals
- Fluent German, both written and spoken
- English skills are a plus and confident use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
