As a Solutions Designer services fuses people, processes & technology to reimagine how to use data to drive decisions. At the core, use-ability is kept at the center to reduce barriers to interpreting data What You Will Be Doing: • Generate mock-ups and user requirements which can be leveraged by IT and other technical vendor partners to build new or enhanced solutions • Work with other functional teams as needed to access data elements, understand the data being analyzed, and identify potential solutions. • Capture, translate, communicate, and advocate findings from customer research to partners and internal teams • Collaborate closely with our agile product teams, business SME's, product owners, designers, business analysts and technologists to build business cases and solution prototypes • Shapes design, build and iteration of solutions. Incorporates feedback on prototypes and iterates continuously to improve user experience and customer engagement. • Design, drive and facilitate solutioning workshops with partners • Provide oversight to service providers to manage delivery timelines, prioritization, appropriate time periods for delivery, and instruction at a level of detail needed to complete the work.
