Job Description: Details of the Division and Team: Loan Ops is responsible for managing the end-to-end Loan settlement process. This is to ensure smooth and timely market settlement of loan between the bank and its clients. You can expect: - Corporate Group Insurance – premium borne by company - Medical Checkup – cost borne by company (annual/ biannual basis subject to the employee’s preference) - Remote working arrangement called “Future of Work” - EAP – free and confidential counseling, online work-life resources Your key responsibilities: - Manage clients’ documents such as client’s instructions and other supporting documents - Make Loan payments for clients - Check pending, failed settlements and follow up with clients, etc - Handle special inquiries or requests from clients - Remind and follow-up if no instruction is received from clients by the deadline - Match the settlement instructions with relevant systems - Run settlement in internal application - Review the balances for all accounts after daily movement - Conduct a regulatory reporting - Problem solving when there is any issue Your skills and experience: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking industry covering Loan Operations.
