Web & Martech Lead

DMI (Digital Management, LLC)

• Lead end-to-end website development efforts across front-end and back-end systems. • Manage and enhance WordPress architecture, including themes, custom templates, child themes, and plugin development. • Implement scalable, secure, high-performance solutions aligned with best practices for enterprise WordPress environments. • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code across PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. • Leverage emerging tools and technologies - including generative AI, agentic AI, vibe coding, and automated code accelerators - to enhance development velocity, improve site performance, and deliver more innovative, user-friendly digital experiences. • Oversee day-to-day management of DMI’s corporate website and related digital assets. • Perform routine maintenance, site health checks, uptime monitoring, and incident response. • Manage hosting environments, server configurations, caching layers, and CDN integrations. • Conduct regular platform updates for themes, plugins, and core files while ensuring compatibility and stability. • Lead and manage full website refresh cycles, coordinating with Marketing, Corporate, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates and alignment with brand and business priorities. • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to implement design updates, landing pages, microsites, and UX improvements. • Ensure all web updates reflect brand standards, accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles. • Continuously research and recommend improvements to enhance user experience, performance, and engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of proven full-stack web development experience, with a strong focus on PHP-based CMS platforms.
  • Certifications in web technologies (WordPress, PHP, AWS/GCP/Azure, etc.) are highly desirable.
  • Preferred: Certifications in SEO (Google SEO, SEMrush, HubSpot SEO), digital marketing analytics, or web performance optimization.
  • Good-To-Have: Certifications in AI/LLM technologies, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted development frameworks.
  • Expert-level proficiency in WordPress, PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, REST APIs.
  • Strong experience with WordPress multisite, Gutenberg/Block Editor, custom post types, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), and plugin development.
  • Experience with hosting/server management, Linux environments, cPanel/WHM, cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of security hardening, SSL management, firewall/CDN configurations, and data privacy compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with performance tuning, caching technologies, and debugging tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-grade digital operations and website governance.
  • Strong understanding of SEO frameworks including technical SEO, schema markup, structured data, keyword research, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Looker Studio will be preferred.
  • Experience optimizing web content and metadata for LLM-based search systems and generative AI-driven discovery.
  • Ability to support digital marketing operations, including tracking setup, analytics, UX enhancements, and campaign-based development support.
