• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and tech roles (Software, DevOps, Data, Product, Security). • Partner with startup founders and CTOs to deeply understand hiring goals and company culture. • Source, engage, and qualify candidates using innovative, relationship-based approaches. • Build long-term candidate pipelines for key technical skill sets. • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers while maintaining exceptional candidate and client experience. • Represent TopTech-Talent.com with integrity, speed, and professionalism at every stage of the hiring process.
