Sales Intelligence and Data Analyst
Pear Tree.
• Extract project, company, and contact data from BCI software, Estimate One, and other relevant sources. • Identify potential project opportunities aligned with company offerings. • Analyse construction and project data to identify trends, opportunities, and sales triggers. • Determine project status, timelines, and decision-making windows. • Prioritise leads based on project value, relevance, and likelihood to convert. • Prepare clear and concise sales intelligence reports for the sales team. • Provide decision-maker details, project insights, and recommended talking points to support sales engagement.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis.
- Experience using BCI software and Estimate One (or similar construction intelligence platforms).
- Understanding of construction, manufacturing, or B2B sales environments.
- Strong data analysis and data extraction skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting sales or business development teams.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to link data to revenue outcomes.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence provided to the sales team.
- Improved quality of sales conversations with key decision makers.
