• Develop custom programming code to generate summary tables, data listings, graphs, and derived datasets • Ensure outputs meet quality standards and project requirements • Perform validation programming and work with project team members to resolve discrepancies • Keep project team members informed of programming progress and issues • Maintain well-organized project documentation • Manage scheduling and time constraints across multiple projects • Develop specifications for datasets and outputs of any complexity • Conduct effective internal meetings • Direct programming activities of other personnel and monitor progress • Review project documentation and provide feedback • Participate in sponsor meetings as a statistical programming representative

• Developing and implementing integration services between various systems (internal, hosted, and cloud-based) using out of the box integration methodologies including: API’s, RESTful, File-based, and others • Gathering integration requirements and creating service specifications that outline interface requirements, security, and protocols • Collaborating with the global IT department to develop, deploy, and configure solutions through proper ticketing and change control • Improving data integration by evaluating new formats and patterns, and validating data through testing • Helping establish and mature SOA best practices for object naming, deployments, and data integration • A key member on the integration development within Workday platform .

• Build and improve game UI and UX, with a strong focus on clarity, polish, and fun • Contribute to new game modes, features, and gameplay experiences • Turn product ideas into working features used by real players • Work across the stack as needed • Collaborate asynchronously with product teams • Learn how to ship, iterate, and improve features based on real player behavior

• Own meaningful parts of our mobile application in production, from technical design to delivery and continuous improvement. • Contribute to the definition and evolution of our React Native architecture, while designing, developing, and refactoring features in our mobile application, with a strong focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance. • Incrementally improve an existing React Native codebase by adopting modern patterns, best practices, and platform capabilities. • Measure, profile, and optimize mobile performance (startup time, rendering, memory, caching). • Improve mobile developer productivity by evolving tooling, build systems, debugging workflows, and automations. • Provide deep React Native expertise across the team by reviewing designs and implementations. • Improve and maintain mobile CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and release automation for both iOS and Android. • Collaborate closely with backend teams to design and integrate robust APIs and data flows.
