Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Advanced credentials such as an MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification are essential.
- 10–15+ years in senior finance leadership roles within fintech, brokerage, or trading platforms—preferably at high-growth, global companies with at least 100mln USD turnovers.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-country operations across Asia, the Middle East, and the EU.
- Deep experience in entity structuring, international tax planning, and high-volume treasury flows exceeding $500M.
- Hands-on experience with Series C+ fundraising, IPO readiness, and navigating complex financial regulatory environments in the UAE, Hong Kong, and EU jurisdictions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP and TMS systems, tax optimization strategies (e.g., transfer pricing, debt-equity rules), and advanced Excel analytics.
- Exceptional track record of building and leading distributed global finance teams.
- Ability to translate financial insights into strategic business decisions.
- Deep familiarity with CFD, futures, or trading platforms enables you to hit the ground running in a high-speed, regulated environment.
- Adept at navigating evolving financial regulations, including UAE corporate tax reforms and EU payment frameworks.
- Thrive in startup-like, scaling environments—designing systems from the ground up while steering high-stakes strategic decisions.
