• Lead global financial strategy, overseeing treasury management, tax optimization, entity structuring, and fundraising preparation amid multi-jurisdictional operations. • Address complex challenges like high-volume fund flows, debt financing strategies to minimize tax exposure. • Collaborate with C-suite leaders and build a high-performing finance team. • Drive comprehensive financial strategies that support market expansion, new product rollouts, and long-term sustainability. • Optimize cross-border entity structures and fund flows to maximize tax efficiency and minimize legal and operational risk. • Design strategic tax planning frameworks. • Oversee treasury operations including multi-currency cash flow management, diversification of banking partners, and execution of large transactions. • Prepare the company for future venture funding rounds and a potential IPO through governance improvements. • Ensure adherence to IFRS/GAAP standards and evolving regulatory requirements. • Align with legal, operations, and product teams to support compliant, risk-aware global expansion. • Lead the Finance, Audit, Payments, and Treasury departments with clear direction and measurable impact.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced credentials such as an MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification are essential.
  • 10–15+ years in senior finance leadership roles within fintech, brokerage, or trading platforms—preferably at high-growth, global companies with at least 100mln USD turnovers.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-country operations across Asia, the Middle East, and the EU.
  • Deep experience in entity structuring, international tax planning, and high-volume treasury flows exceeding $500M.
  • Hands-on experience with Series C+ fundraising, IPO readiness, and navigating complex financial regulatory environments in the UAE, Hong Kong, and EU jurisdictions.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP and TMS systems, tax optimization strategies (e.g., transfer pricing, debt-equity rules), and advanced Excel analytics.
  • Exceptional track record of building and leading distributed global finance teams.
  • Ability to translate financial insights into strategic business decisions.
  • Deep familiarity with CFD, futures, or trading platforms enables you to hit the ground running in a high-speed, regulated environment.
  • Adept at navigating evolving financial regulations, including UAE corporate tax reforms and EU payment frameworks.
  • Thrive in startup-like, scaling environments—designing systems from the ground up while steering high-stakes strategic decisions.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator, able to influence across C-suites, investors, and international teams.
