- A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking — especially in solving complex UX challenges.
- Experience in building and maintaining complex design systems.
- A commitment to high‑quality, user‑centered design and clear communication.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with empathy for users and teammates.
- The ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Excellent communication skills in English, especially when explaining design decisions.
- This is a fully remote role for anyone living in Spain.
Benefits
- Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere in Spain, with flexible schedules that let you organize your days around what matters most to you. Whether that means avoiding daily commutes, working where you’re most productive, or embracing a nomadic lifestyle — we trust you to find your best rhythm.
- We offer an indefinite contract because we believe in long-term collaboration, along with 23 days of annual leave (plus public holidays) and the flexibility to take time off in a way that suits you. You’ll also receive ongoing support for your learning and professional growth through books, workshops, and conferences.
- At Mediagenix, you’ll join an inclusive, supportive, and stable work environment where results matter more than long hours. We want you to do great work — and have a great life outside of it.
