Focus on creating force multipliers through reusable community resources and locally deployed operational solutions. • Define and drive the vision of a single, cohesive ecosystem for users, ensuring Simplesense applications, self-help resources, and technical support function as a unified system to increase usability and drive adoption. • Collaborate with users to facilitate adoption of new tools and drive mission effectiveness by developing and curating a comprehensive approach for both in-person deskside training and on-demand virtual videos and tutorials, accelerating onboarding to provide operational improvements quickly. • Cultivate a vibrant and active user community across facilities to promote best practices, facilitate peer support, and explore new ways to engage with data. Organize events, forums, and platforms to encourage user interaction. Serve as a key liaison conducting on-site training and integration support, adapting workflows to tap into IROC applications. • Identify and cultivate government champions who show interest in providing best practices to the larger community.

• Develop, analyze, and own aircraft external loads across all phases of design, from early conceptual sizing through detailed certification-level substantiation. • Perform static and dynamic structural analyses, including maneuver, gust, ground, and environmental loading conditions. • Lead and execute flutter, aeroelastic stability, and structural dynamics analyses at the component and full-vehicle level. • Plan, execute, and post-process Ground Vibration Testing (GVT) and Structural Mode Interaction (SMI) testing and related modal testing, including model correlation and updating. • Support flight flutter testing, including pre-test analysis, real-time monitoring, and post-flight data interpretation. • Create and maintain finite element models for loads and dynamics applications, ensuring alignment with structural design assumptions and test results. • Develop and validate analysis methods, scripts, and tools to enable efficient, repeatable loads and aeroelastic assessments. • Collaborate closely with stress, structural design, flight test, and systems teams to ensure loads and dynamics assumptions are well understood and correctly applied.

• Lead packaging initiatives focused on cost savings, efficiency, and smooth production execution across snacks and beverage platforms • Support flexible, rigid, and corrugated packaging systems • Execute packaging line trials • Manage SKU and line transfers from internal plants to co-manufacturers • Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and packaging suppliers to ensure packaging systems meet quality, food safety, and cost targets while maintaining accurate specifications and documentation • Lead complex projects or assignments within large projects with minimal supervision • Lead packaging qualification activities by generating packaging protocols, overseeing test execution, analyzing test data, and authoring qualification reports • Provide technical expertise for packaging risk assessments and failure mode/root cause analyses • Lead the improvement and standardization of packaging on existing products with focus on performance and cost effectiveness • Plan and execute a design of experiments • Perform statistical analysis on data generated from experiments and write final reports • Initiate and coordinate packaging line trials including planning, conducting and post-trial activities • Partner with purchasing and production departments to determine costs and feasibility of producing proposed packaging • Lead internal and external relationships to effectively influence and gain support for initiatives • Able to identify areas of cost savings or improvements to new and on market products

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Field Work:** · Advisory services for the transportation and installation of Honeywell LNG supplied equipment with construction advisory support · Participate in Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) · Commissioning and start-up of new LNG facilities · Field management of small 5-to-10-member repair teams responsible for safety while functioning and the liaison between the Honeywell home office and our customers (NLNG, Qatar Energy, ADNOC, Total, etc.) · LNG facilities operational support including performance optimization, plant troubleshooting, turnarounds, and restarts **Office Work:** · Operating and commissioning procedure development · Operator training development and presentation · Development of new LNG process cycles including control schemes · Participation in the design and engineering of new LNG facilities including P&ID development, 3-D model reviews, HAZOP and LOPA reviews · Review and approval of LNG deliverables
