• Desenvolver e gerir carteira ativa de clientes no segmento de fragrâncias, com foco em crescimento sustentável e rentabilidade • Prospectar novas oportunidades de negócios em regiões estratégicas • Conduzir negociações comerciais envolvendo preços, prazos de pagamento, encargos financeiros, volumes de compra e condições contratuais • Gerenciar múltiplos projetos comerciais simultaneamente, garantindo organização, cumprimento de prazos e alinhamento com áreas internas • Realizar apresentações comerciais e de marketing, abordando tendências de mercado, lançamentos e conceitos olfativos • Propor soluções personalizadas de acordo com o ciclo de vida dos produtos dos clientes • Manter relacionamento próximo e consultivo com clientes, compreendendo necessidades técnicas, comerciais e sensoriais • Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes (aproximadamente 70% do tempo)
Job Requirements
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos em vendas B2B no segmento de fragrâncias
- Atuação prévia em casas de fragrâncias ou empresas do setor, com carteira de clientes ativa e comprovada
- Sólido conhecimento em: Formação de preços e margens
- Prazos de pagamento e encargos financeiros
- Volumes de compra e negociação comercial
- Ciclo de vida dos produtos dos clientes
- Conhecimento olfativo e capacidade de dialogar tecnicamente sobre fragrâncias com clientes e áreas internas
