• Monitor process metrics and act to promote the continuous improvements required by the team. • Support developers in improving their technical capabilities and needs. • Support the Product Owner (PO) in prioritizing backlog items. • Assist the PO in describing backlog items until they are sufficiently detailed for development. • Help the team build the business metrics necessary to track value delivery to the client. • Track and monitor business metrics. • Support changes to the software development process. • Facilitate interaction with other teams during the development of the IT solution to remove impediments, dependencies, and overlaps, focusing on maximizing value delivery to the company/client.
