• Responsible for managing and leading the production support and delivery of the payment applications. • Deliver information technology solutions to fulfill business and functional requirements. • Responsible for the conversion of business requirements to technical specifications, delivery and post implementation maintenance activities. • Ensure 100% system availability and provide solutions as per defined SLA. • Requirement gathering, Functional specification and review, Project Plan, Testing plan, product walkthrough and implementation. • Interaction with business users, vendors, Technology stakeholders, periodic status updates and people management including mentoring the team. • Manage a diversified team of professionals who are responsible for payment applications support and delivery. • Effectively manage vendors responsible for application stability. • Achieve agreed SLA. • Provide functional/technical expertise and recommendations in the assessment of issues and initiatives to support and enhance systems. • Review and evaluate business requirements to provide recommended solutions. • Present technical solutions in Probe meetings Prepare/verify production transfer documentation. • Align IT strategy with business strategy. • Co-ordinate with members and other functional teams and provide oversight for deliverables from offshore. • Work with team members participating in shadowing and training activities. • Adhere to information controls and security frameworks/procedures, including change and incident management process. • Provide general administrative support to the team, including meetings, knowledge transfer and activity reporting. • Investigate and understand the cause of defects raised. • Interpret, understand, and resolve user support issues. • Recommend solutions to system or process obstacles.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Design, Development, integration and implementation of payment products and projects.
- Excellent knowledge on cross border and local payment products and market infrastructure.
- Exposure to payment market infrastructure and capabilities in middle east.
- Good understanding about emerging payment landscape and capability build up.
- Working exposure to payment architecture, interfaces landscape and operational aspects at least within a mid-sized bank.
- Experience with Oracle OBPAY Payment hub integration and implementation.
- Experience with various payment gateway used globally and locally in middle east to connect to payment infrastructure for cross boarder and local payment SWIFT, SAA, GPI, BUNA, Regional RTGS (Global), UAEFTS, DDS, IPI, RTGS, NEFTS, IMPS, BH RTGS, KNPS, QIPS, QATCH, WPS (local payment gateway examples).
- Worked on payment digitization and automation initiatives.
- Ability to apply robotic automation, AI and Machine Learning solutions to digitize and automate payment processing.
- Ability to Design systems for 100% automated operations.
- Ability to build and operate enterprise-wide payment data mart with support from data team.
- Knowledge of payments market wide regulations, compliance and sanction requirements.
- Experienced in Cheque clearing systems.
- Ability to design, architect systems and solutions from scratch.
- Ability to work on Windows / Linux / Oracle / SQL / MQ / API Gateway / Microservices / DevOps etc.
- Experienced in Cloud based technologies and implementations, especially MS Azure.
- Ability to work in a dynamic / multi-tasked environment.
- Worked on agile environment and ability to lead Payments as a Chapter.
- Computer science / applications engineering degree or equivalent.

Role Description We are seeking a Workforce and Reporting Manager to support a government‑contracted call center by overseeing forecasting, staffing, scheduling, and performance reporting. This role ensures efficient use of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), meets service‑level requirements, and provides accurate operational reporting to internal leadership and government program officials. - Manage forecasting and staffing processes to ensure efficient, cost‑effective CSR utilization. - Develop and maintain annual, weekly, and daily staffing and scheduling plans. - Work closely with Program Manager and Operations Manager to determine future staffing needs and balance workload across locations. - Monitor performance against targets, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions. - Review workforce management tools and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. - Conduct ongoing assessments to improve forecasting, scheduling, and staffing processes. - Produce and manage required reports, including: - Daily and weekly performance reports - Monthly invoice progress reports - Quarterly work breakdown structure (WBS) reports - Annual summaries - Ad hoc and special‑request reports - Coordinate with government program officials regarding reporting requirements and status updates. Requirements - Must be able to pass a federal background check going back 7 years without felonies. - Must be able to pass a federal credit check.
