Senior Support Engineer

One Identity

• Test and debug customer issues in lab environments • Work directly with customers through email, phone, and web conferencing • Document solutions to help customers and colleagues solve issues independently • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reliability

Job Requirements

  • Prior technical support experience at an enterprise level
  • Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certifications or equivalent work experience in Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory
  • 2+ years Administration experience managing and troubleshooting Active Directory (User/Group Administration, ADSI Edit, Replication, Permissions, Group Policies)
  • Experience with IIS and DNS
  • Knowledge of Exchange
  • SQL Server or equivalent experience
  • Strong multi-tasking and communication skills (both written and verbal)
