Job Description

Engineering Manager

マネーツリー・Moneytree

• Deliver Moneytree Link solutions and integration projects, managing both internal and external resources. • Document requirements, develop SOWs, and confirm project feasibility. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure project execution resources. • Manage project vendors and internal resources to ensure quality and on-time delivery. • Participate in vendor selection processes when required.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an Engineering Manager role using client & server mobile technology and/or APIs.
  • Ability to drive results.
  • A passion for clear communication and clean, elegant solutions.
  • Strong understanding of both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Written and spoken Japanese ability is preferred.
  • Experience in a Japanese client-facing role is beneficial.
