Specialist Developer, AI

• Analyze requirements and develop software solutions based on product team requests • Support improvements to development processes and enhancement of existing solutions • Ensure documentation is continuously updated and aligned with the latest versions of systems and tools • Care about the quality of delivery, including creating and maintaining automated tests • Integrate Generative AI APIs and solutions into our applications • Adjust and validate important model parameters • Monitor and optimize the quality of responses from integrated AIs • Develop robust, automated pipelines • Implement and maintain ethical and practical guardrails for the responsible use of these tools
Job Requirements
- Experience integrating and using Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or similar)
- Understand concepts such as fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
- Know how to use prompt engineering techniques to improve results and mitigate common LLM issues
- Experience deploying and scaling these APIs, primarily on AWS or another cloud platform
- Backend development experience with PHP or Python (knowledge of Golang is a plus)
- Experience in requirements analysis
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with MySQL
- Knowledge of MVC architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, and CQRS
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Slim and Laravel
