• Lead cybersecurity and data privacy risk scoping and planning for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions • Coordinate MA&D cybersecurity and privacy readiness assessments with external providers • Review and synthesize provider assessment outputs, translating technical findings into clear, business-focused risk summaries • Develop and present structured recommendations to support deal decisions • Partner with Corporate Development, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Legal, IT, and business leaders to integrate cybersecurity and privacy risk considerations into deal evaluation • Coordinate Day 1 cyber readiness activities and support the design and implementation of future-state cyber operating models • Convert assessment findings into actionable remediation plans with clear owners, timelines, and tracking mechanisms • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of MA&D risk management standards, procedures, and playbooks

• Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies across key industries and geographies, particularly in the tristate area. • Identify emerging client needs and align RAS offerings to meet them. • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering high-impact risk solutions. • Drive expansion within existing accounts and lead pursuits for new business opportunities. • Champion the evolution of RAS offerings, including Internal Audit, Risk Management, ESG, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Analytics. • Partner with RAS leadership to align resources, develop talent, and ensure high-quality delivery.

• Develop, maintain and implement assigned GxP/Quality incident management processes that align with organizational goals and latest regulatory requirements on global level. • Manage and oversee the intake, triage, investigation, documentation, and resolution of GxP and quality-related issues and incidents in an end-to-end process. • Partner with manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, regulatory affairs, clinical operations, development, patient safety and other stakeholders to ensure timely and thorough management of GxP and quality incidents. • Drive and support comprehensive root cause investigations. • Ensure that the Escalation and Notification to Management related activities and documentation meet the relevant regulatory agency and other relevant requirements for the industry (FDA, EMA, any local regulations, ISO, WHO); prepare for and support inspections and audits. • Develop and deliver training on incident management procedures, share lessons learned from managed GxP/Quality incidents and promote a culture of quality and accountability across the organization. • Ensure meeting of key performance indicators (KPIs), track incident trends, and provide regular reports.

• Serve as the organization’s senior subject matter expert on all atmospheric and climatological risks, including extreme weather events, long-term climate trends, and environmental hazards. • Design and lead Everbridge’s weather intelligence strategy, integrating predictive analytics, forecasting, and situational awareness into the company’s risk and resilience platforms. • Define how weather and climate risk intelligence integrates into Everbridge’s overall critical event management framework, ensuring cross-domain synergy between natural hazard monitoring, threat intelligence, and business continuity services. • Own the strategic roadmap for Everbridge’s weather-related offerings, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to define features, data pipelines, and API integrations. • Develop structured feedback channels with enterprise clients to refine forecasting accuracy, alert thresholds, and risk communication effectiveness. • Collaborate with Global Insights, Product, Engineering, and Real-Time Monitoring teams to evolve Everbridge’s meteorological products and services. • Act as a public-facing thought leader, presenting in webinars, leading industry panels, contributing to white papers, and representing Everbridge in key customer and public forums. • Develop and deliver bespoke weather risk briefings for high-value customers, especially those in critical infrastructure, healthcare, energy, and logistics sectors. • Partner with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to evangelize weather-related capabilities and shape client-facing messaging. • Identify and pursue new monetization pathways for weather intelligence, including vertical-specific use cases and strategic partnerships. Quantify and report on the commercial impact of weather-risk products. • Build and maintain a strong network across the meteorological and climate science communities, including academia, private sector forecasters, and national meteorological agencies. • Advise corporate clients on resilience planning, seasonal risk outlooks, and operational readiness around severe weather and environmental hazards.
