• Own features end-to-end — from idea to production • Write clean, scalable, maintainable code • Identify and fix performance and reliability bottlenecks • Work closely with product and ops to ship pragmatically, not perfectly

• Designing and owning core backend architecture in Rust (async-first) • Defining service boundaries, data ownership, and evolution strategy • Designing scalable APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) for mobile and web clients • Modeling and operating PostgreSQL as a long-term source of truth • Architecting real-time systems (feeds, messaging, event-driven workflows) • Making tradeoffs around consistency, latency, and scalability • Working with DevOps while retaining backend architectural authority • Reviewing critical code paths and preventing premature complexity • Helping shape the backend team as the company grows

• Building innovative solutions that help businesses automate and optimize operations • Joining a dynamic team for transforming business processes through technology

• Develop and enhance Java systems with a focus on performance, security, and clean architecture. • Participate in technical and architecture decisions together with the technology team. • Ensure good practices for version control, testing, and CI/CD. • Work with REST APIs, microservices, and integrations with ecosystem partners. • Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. • Collaborate closely with business and product teams.
