• Develop end-to-end AI solutions, from discovery through deployment and monitoring, including modeling (NLP/ML/LLMs), APIs, and integrations. • Design and evolve chatbots and conversational channels using NLP/NLU, driving continuous improvement. • Build integrations via APIs/JSON, microservices, and event-driven architectures, and implement MLOps with pipelines, versioning, and observability. • Analyze conversational data and recommend actions based on KPIs, ensuring quality through testing and validation. • Work in agile methodologies, collaborating with business, design, engineering, and security teams.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related technology fields.
- Experience applying AI/ML/GenAI in domains such as Customer Service and Conversational AI, Risk, Credit, Collections, Fraud & AML, Personalization, Next Best Action/Offer, Operations & Efficiency.
- Proficient with tools: Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, PySpark), SQL, JavaScript/Node.js, IBM Watson Assistant/Watsonx, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Hugging Face, spaCy, transformers, Rasa (preferred), FAISS, Azure AI Search, PGVector, MLflow/Databricks, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Spark/Databricks, Airflow, Kafka/Event Hubs, REST/JSON APIs, webhooks, microservices, Excel, Power BI, VS Code, Git/GitFlow, Jira/Confluence.
- Knowledge of LLMs & RAG (embeddings, vectorization, evaluation, security/guardrails), Feature Stores, Experiment Tracking, and model observability.
