Senior Software Engineer, Back End
All Your BI
• Develop new features and evolve existing systems with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability. • Possess strong software architecture knowledge and the ability to propose structural improvements to the system. • Implement integrations between internal and external services (APIs, microservices, distributed systems). • Write clean, testable, and efficient code, following engineering best practices and the standards defined by the team. • Create and execute automated and unit tests to ensure delivery quality. • Work closely with product, QA, front-end, and data teams to ensure end-to-end delivery. • Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to collective learning and maintaining technical standards. • Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. • Document flows, architectures, and adopted practices to strengthen knowledge sharing. • Collaborate in agile ceremonies (plannings, refinements, retrospectives), bringing a proactive and solution-oriented attitude. • Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in back-end development with Node.js and Java.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience working with large volumes of data and complex/heavy queries.
- Knowledge of modular service architectures and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with automated testing, version control (Git), and CI/CD.
- Prior experience in digital product teams and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, with strong communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in healthtechs or companies with high technical complexity.
- Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, SQS, Elastic Beanstalk).
- Prior experience developing solutions using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex, etc.).
- Experience in observability, monitoring, and SRE best practices.
- Previous experience in high-scale, high-volume data environments.
