Lead Revenue Operations, Analytics – SaaS Studio

• You will be the CEO's analytical right-hand. • Answer complex questions on LTV, pricing, and acquisition margin. • Consolidate acquisition and financial data across the Studio. • Analyze price elasticity and recommend pricing optimizations. • Identify early churn signals and segment customer bases. • Own and ensure the Studio's KPIs. • Connect the dots between acquisition, conversion, and retention. • Ensure data integrity in ChartMogul. • Provide ad-hoc analyses to Product and Marketing teams.
Job Requirements
- Analytical experience first: 5+ years in Data Analysis, Finance, or RevOps, ideally in a SaaS (B2B or B2C) context.
- Business mindset: you focus on measurable P&L impact.
- Autonomous (solo contributor): able to define and execute your own roadmap.
- Tech-savvy: understand how Recurly or Stripe APIs work and how data flows between systems.
- Unit economics expert: fluent with Expansion MRR, Net Revenue Retention, and cohort analysis.
- Revenue/Subscription tools: ChartMogul, Recurly.
- Acquisition/Marketing tools: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
- Data & visualization: Excel/GSheets (expert level), SQL (strong plus), and experience with BI tools.
