Technical Resourcer – Engineering, Automation
Remote Recruitment
• Source, screen and shortlist high-calibre engineering and automation professionals across the US market • Headhunt passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools • Manage candidate pipelines across 17+ live roles • Liaise with East Coast-based US candidates (working aligned US hours) • Maintain and update CRM/ATS systems accurately • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications • Critically evaluate CVs and assess suitability for senior-level roles ($135k–$150k salary brackets) • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach to placement
Job Requirements
- 2–3+ years’ recruitment experience within engineering or technical sectors (non-IT)
- Proven experience recruiting for US-based roles
- Background sourcing within automation, manufacturing, or industrial engineering markets
- Strong understanding of US time zones and candidate expectations
- Comfortable working East Coast US hours
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM/ATS systems
- Professional communication skills suited to engaging senior US professionals
- Ability to manage high application volumes while maintaining quality standards
- Reliable internet connection and personal laptop
