Staff Full-Stack Engineer – RoR, React
Truelogic Software
• Lead the technical direction and execution of high-impact projects that support key business goals. • Partner with Product and Design to build scalable, user-focused applications. • Stay hands-on across the full development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment. • Mentor and influence engineers while driving alignment, quality, and delivery across teams. • Provide technical and design leadership across high impact projects that directly impact business goals. • Set strategic technical directions for your engineering team. • Partner with the designers and product managers to create an engaging and transparent customer experience. • Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines. • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables as a highly hands-on engineer. • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions. • Influence and mentor a distributed set of engineers.
Job Requirements
- 8 - 12+ years of professional experience
- Experience building scaled web-based applications with deep understanding of business goals
- Exceptional technical design and technical communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with one or more programming languages (Ruby on Rails/React)
- Strong foundations in UI development and product security and or DevOps is helpful
- Able to negotiate trade offs between product and engineering priorities to maximize the business value of engineering effort
- Excellent communication skills —> ver el nivel de ingles, si se expanden hablando o nomas dan short answers.
