• Conduzir levantamento de requisitos diretamente com áreas de negócio e stakeholders, traduzindo necessidades em soluções na plataforma. • Participar de reuniões com stakeholders para entender necessidades, propor melhorias e garantir alinhamento das entregas. • Configurar e administrar objetos, campos, layouts, relatórios, dashboards, regras de validação e automações (Flow, Process Builder, Approval Process). • Monitorar desempenho do sistema e propor melhorias contínuas. • Contribuir para a qualidade das entregas, seguindo padrões e boas práticas. • Trabalhar em conjunto com desenvolvedores e arquitetos na definição de soluções.
Job Requirements
- Experiência em automações usando Flow Builder, Process Builder, regras de validação e Approval Process.
- Capacidade de mapear processos de negócio e traduzi-los em soluções na plataforma.
- Habilidade na criação e otimização de relatórios e dashboards.
- Habilidade para levantamento de requisitos, testes funcionais e documentação.
- Capacidade de documentar requisitos funcionais de forma clara.
- Vivência em ambientes de projeto ágil (Scrum ou similares).
- Boa comunicação e experiência com treinamento e apoio a usuários.
- Perfil analítico e orientado à melhoria contínua.
- Inglês técnico para leitura de documentações.
- Certificações Salesforce são um diferencial.
