• Design and improve backend services that support complex business workflows. • Build and evolve distributed systems using modern cloud-native patterns. • Architect and implement event-driven and asynchronous workflows. • Collaborate closely with Salesforce, data, and product teams to ensure system reliability and scalability. • Improve performance, observability, and fault tolerance of existing systems. • Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy. • Remain hands-on in coding while participating in design discussions.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong backend focus.
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages: Node.js, Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience working with AWS in production environments (Lambda, ECS, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with event-driven or asynchronous architectures.
- Experience designing or re-architecting systems for scalability and performance.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts and trade-offs.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.
- Advanced English proficiency for technical discussions.
