Business Development Executive – IT Staffing

FyerX - Your Trusted Marketing Partner

• Identify and prospect potential clients including IT companies, startups, product companies, and enterprises requiring contract staffing, permanent hiring, or project-based IT resources • Execute outbound sales strategies including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking events • Understand client hiring needs, technical requirements, budget constraints, and timelines • Negotiate commercial terms including billing rates, payment schedules, contract duration, and service agreements • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, provide updates on open positions

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 Years Experience in B2B sales, business development, or staffing industry
  • 2-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Prior experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry strongly preferred
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling, handling objections, and converting prospects into paying clients
  • Understanding of IT staffing business model, common IT roles
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with C-level executives, HR heads, and hiring managers
  • Proficient with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
