• Implementing features in our core application • Researching bug requests and quickly resolving issues • Participating in our bi-weekly sprint planning • Handling advanced troubleshooting on the tech support side when our Client Success and Support teams need assistance for clients • Help clean, maintain, and document clojure code • Collaborate with our tech team identify, define, and implement software features • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues • Help build and maintain a robust testing infrastructure • Contribute to the overall technical direction of the product • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc.) • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation) • Experience with data analysis libraries • DevOps Support • Deployment to Production

• Interacting with the Product Manager to review project specs • Preparing integration plans, break-downs, and estimations • Hands-on code implementation, PRs, code reviews, testing, etc. • Collaborating with product team and engineering team (web developers, SRE, data scientists)

• Architect and develop new features and products in the Elixir codebase powering our web applications and API • Work closely with product management to plan and scope new projects and initiatives • Present innovative solutions to senior leadership, aligning engineering initiatives with company goals. • Lead and architect technical solutions for highly complex abstract projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. • Write high-quality, tested code • Participate in code-reviews • Act as a key influencer in the team’s success, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of excellence. • Proactively identify and eliminate technical roadblocks.

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python • Build responsive, high-quality UI components and workflows using React • Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into technical solutions • Own features end to end, from design through deployment • Integrate frontend logic with backend APIs, ensuring robust data flows and error handling • Work with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, SQS, API Gateway, and CloudFront • Ensure code quality through clean architecture, code reviews, and engineering best practices • Optimize performance across both frontend and backend layers • Improve observability with logs, metrics, and monitoring • Help evolve the platform architecture as the system scales
