GTM Engineer
Web Inclusion Company
• Develop and scale the outbound pipeline • Build and optimize systems that generate pipeline opportunities • Transform outbound infrastructure into a top-of-funnel engine • Increase enrichment depth and data quality • Design and refine enrichment and scoring logic • Build and maintain workflows and automations • Ensure clean routing, segmentation, and CRM synchronization • Test new AI tools, scripts, and workflows
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in GTM, Growth Ops, RevOps or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with Clay and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
- Automation mindset (n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, webhooks)
- Strong knowledge of modern B2B outbound and signal-based GTM
- Confident handling of structured data and enrichment logic
- Experience with Python or AI workflows is a strong plus
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
