• Liderar técnicamente equipos de desarrollo, promoviendo buenas prácticas de ingeniería y calidad. • Participar activamente en el diseño, desarrollo y evolución de aplicaciones y plataformas. • Definir estándares técnicos, patrones de desarrollo y lineamientos de arquitectura. • Diseñar e implementar APIs, integraciones y soluciones escalables en entornos cloud. • Realizar code reviews y acompañar técnicamente a desarrolladores de distintos niveles de seniority. • Actuar como referente técnico del equipo y facilitar la toma de decisiones complejas. • Colaborar en la estimación, planificación y definición técnica de iniciativas y proyectos. • Identificar riesgos técnicos y proponer soluciones pragmáticas alineadas a las necesidades del negocio. • Asegurar criterios de performance, observabilidad, mantenibilidad y seguridad en las soluciones desarrolladas. • Trabajar junto a clientes, analistas, product owners y otros stakeholders para comprender necesidades y traducirlas en soluciones técnicas. • Participar en reuniones con clientes brindando soporte técnico y acompañando la definición de soluciones. • Promover la adopción de herramientas, automatizaciones y prácticas potenciadas por inteligencia artificial dentro de los equipos.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia previa liderando técnicamente equipos o proyectos complejos.
- Dominio de Java y frameworks modernos como Spring Boot o equivalentes.
- Experiencia sólida desarrollando APIs REST y trabajando con arquitecturas distribuidas.
- Experiencia en arquitecturas orientadas a eventos utilizando tecnologías como Kafka, EventBridge, SQS, SNS o similares.
- Experiencia real en entornos cloud productivos, preferentemente AWS.
- Experiencia con Docker, Kubernetes y despliegue de aplicaciones modernas.
- Conocimientos de observabilidad y monitoreo en producción utilizando herramientas como ELK, Prometheus, Grafana o similares.
- Experiencia trabajando con bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.
- Experiencia interactuando con clientes o stakeholders de negocio en proyectos tecnológicos.
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones técnicas equilibrando velocidad, calidad y sostenibilidad.
- Experiencia realizando mentoring, code reviews y acompañamiento técnico de equipos.
- Nivel de inglés suficiente para participar en reuniones y documentación técnica.
