About the Team Our School Nutrition team builds high-transaction-volume software that processes over 1 billion meal transactions annually across thousands of school districts. This is mission-critical infrastructure: it must work during the lunch rush, every school day, in cafeterias nationwide. We're building the next generation of nutrition management technology to help schools operate more efficiently while ensuring every student has access to healthy meals. About the Position As Director of Engineering for School Nutrition Products, you'll own the technical strategy for a platform that handles millions of point-of-sale transactions daily. You'll lead multiple engineering teams, drive modernization of our technology stack, and collaborate closely with product, sales, consulting, and customer support to ensure we're solving real problems for school districts. This role requires someone who can balance strategic vision with operational execution. You should be equally comfortable defining a multi-year architecture roadmap and unblocking a team struggling with a production issue. How You'll Make An Impact Develop full-stack web applications using modern TypeScript in a functional-first style.
