Performs data reconciliation, research commission related payment and provides assistance to other team members on new accounts, difficult issues, and processes and procedures. - Prepares scheduled and month-end reports, and provides analytical support by identifying issues with commission payments. Reviews reports, processes check requests and performs commission processing and analysis. - Reviews month-end reports and performs reconciliations and report balancing. Analyze and interpret financial impact of changes made to Broker accounts. - Completes data reconciliation, research commission related payments and work with Accounts Payable to complete accounting entries - Provides assistance and direction to other team members on market segment of expertise (i.e., Farm Bureau, Small Business, and Large Business, per member per month Payments). Cross trains with other Team Leaders to cover area during vacation and peak periods. - Interacts with broker and sales force to provide customer support on any commissions/related inquiries. - Develops and implements training modules to be used during incoming new hire or cross-training efforts. - May involve setting up training presentations, set-up meetings, interaction with sales, underwriting and enrollment services. - Serve as a subject matter expert for new and junior associates. - May represent department in projects for system enhancements or implementations - Assists in completion of special projects or other duties as assigned. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience. Must have minimum four years experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or Commissions Payable Familiarity or experience working with the following departments: Sales, Marketing, U/W, Membership/Accounting, and Broker Relations Pay Range: $19.43 - $32.98 per hour Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Overview The Epic Application Analyst is the Subject Matter Expert and technical point of contact. They are responsible for three primary areas of work: Projects, Changes, and the highest point of Break/Fix escalation. Ensures support tickets are being worked in a timely manner in accordance with our service level agreements (SLA). - Provide technical support via phone, online, and/or in person. - Serve as a primary resource to the EMR super- users in ticket resolution. - Guides workflow design, building and testing the system, and analyzing other technical issues. - Coordinates system changes with the governance team for decision making. - Identifies and implements requested changes to the system. - Serves as a liaison between end users’ workflow needs and technical staff/vendors. - Maintains regular communication with vendors for assigned applications. - Works with vendors, the organization, and end users to ensure the systems meet the organization’s business needs regarding the project deliverables and timeline. - Provides management technical system guidance to improve and streamline operational workflows. - Works collaboratively with the trainers to ensure that training materials are up to date and reflect the current build of the various systems Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION: - High School Diploma or equivalent MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: - 1 year of experience supporting an EMR or similar software applications in a healthcare environment PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: - 3 years of experience as a super user or analyst supporting an EMR or similar software applications in a healthcare environment. - 3 years of Any experience implementing or supporting an EMR. - 3 years of Epic EMR experience.
