• Lead the end-to-end journey of new features—from initial ideation and pitching through design, development, and delivery—to bring high-impact innovations to market • Partner with Product Management leadership to synthesize market trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies into clear, forward-thinking product requirements • Optimize high end-use cases by leading the ideation and development of new Artificial Intelligence (AI) features within Veeva Network • Work closely with UX, Architecture, Engineering, and QA teams to translate business needs into detailed specifications that balance technical feasibility with an intuitive user experience • Author detailed technical specifications for APIs, data connectors, and middleware logic, precisely defining how data is mapped, transformed, and validated between Veeva Network and external systems • Coordinate intimately with the Vault CRM team and external partners to ensure seamless interoperability, aligning on release schedules, API dependencies, and shared data models • Present product roadmaps and demo cutting-edge features to customers and internal stakeholders, using these interactions to gather feedback and validate product direction • Serve as the dedicated subject matter expert and product evangelist, equipping Solution Consulting, Services, and Support teams with the deep technical knowledge they need to succeed

• You will own the roadmap and execution for specific features within the Arine clinical portal, working closely with our pharmacist end users to deliver intuitive, effective tools. • You will identify opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into our clinical products, enabling more efficient and effective clinical workflows. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, engineering, data science, and design to deliver product enhancements. • You will conduct user research with pharmacists and care teams to understand their needs and validate product hypotheses. • You will write detailed product requirements and user stories that guide engineering delivery. • You will support the sales team with customer demos and presentations as needed. • You will define and track key metrics for your product features to measure success and impact. • You will work with product marketing on feature launches, including positioning, training materials, and customer communications. • You will build relationships with customers using your features, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for FileSmart and Pay Plans • Translate business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes • Lead product discovery for assigned initiatives through customer interviews, usability testing, workflow analysis, surveys, and feedback synthesis • Drive the evolution and improvement of existing products in partnership with Product Design, applying modern UX practices and validated user insights • Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery sequencing • Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and market signals to identify opportunities for optimization, iteration, and innovation • Lead and contribute to Go-To-Market readiness for new features and major releases • Serve as the product subject matter expert and internal voice for assigned functionality.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of GRI-related initiatives, ensuring scalable solutions and successful customer adoption. • Partner with the head of GRI in crafting a product roadmap that spans not only product & tech, but also operations, support, finance, and other key teams. • Work closely with internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, customer success, partnerships, support, and others) to understand workflows, pain points, and needs that translate into actionable requirements. • Work closely with third party vendors to perfect current systems and deliver exceptional resident experiences. • Monitor and report on key business and product metrics. • Navigate competing priorities to deliver on outcomes rather than solutions. • Be the “go to” for partner PMs, development teams, internal stakeholders, and third party vendors for Group Rate Internet.
