Partner Field CTO
Nebius Group
• Lead technical engagement in partner and customer conversations with deep knowledge of AI architectures (training, fine-tuning, inference, data pipelines). • Co-develop partner-ready AI infrastructure offerings with NVIDIA, GSIs, VARs, and ISVs. • Apply AI workload expertise to unblock architectural concerns and accelerate co-sell motions. • Act as a technical closer on strategic AI opportunities, helping move projects from pilot to production. • Translate real AI application needs into actionable product feedback that informs the roadmap. • Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure partner solutions are scalable and repeatable. • Define and evangelize AI solution patterns that partners can package and deploy. • Enable global partner teams with consistent technical messaging and solution positioning. • Represent Nebius at industry and partner events as a technical thought leader in AI infrastructure.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in technical field leadership roles (Field CTO, Principal Solutions Architect, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML workloads including:
- Model training, fine-tuning, inference
- GPU optimization and deployment
- Data pipelines, MLOps, or production AI systems
- Proven success supporting GSI, VAR, and ISV sales motions.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on revenue, deal impact, and partner success.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product based on partner/customer feedback.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex AI concepts for executive, technical, and partner audiences.
- Comfortable with 30–40% travel (domestic and international).

• DEFINE A STRATEGY FOR INTEGRATING COPILOTS AND AI AGENTS: Support CTOs and business teams in identifying opportunities offered by AI agents such as Microsoft Copilot or autonomous agents. • DESIGN AND DEPLOY TAILORED AI SOLUTIONS: Develop bespoke solutions by leveraging the advanced capabilities of Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure Cognitive Services. • SUPPORT DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Facilitate design thinking workshops to co‑create solutions with stakeholders. • LEAD AI PROJECTS FOR OUR CLIENTS: Build and maintain trusted client relationships while managing projects autonomously. • INNOVATE AND DEVELOP THE OFFERING: Contribute to the development of our Microsoft Copilot and AI agents offering in collaboration with our experts.
• Define and execute the technical strategy for Clause5afe’s entire product and platform infrastructure. • Build, hire, and lead the engineering team from initial hires through scale (targeting 8–15 engineers in Year 1–2). • Architect and deliver the core certification platform: client onboarding portal, document management, audit workflow tools, evidence collection, scoring/assessment engines, and certificate generation. • Build the public certification registry — a transparent, searchable database where certification status can be independently verified. • Develop API infrastructure for enterprise integrations, enabling clients to connect their AI systems to our monitoring and compliance tools. • Establish security, privacy, and infrastructure standards befitting a company that certifies others on these exact topics. • Collaborate with the CCO on translating certification methodology into scalable technical workflows. • Support investor due diligence on technical architecture, scalability, and product roadmap. • Manage vendor relationships for cloud infrastructure, DevOps tooling, and third-party integrations.
