• Operational Deep-Dives & Process Design - Conduct deep-dive sessions with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, CS, Legal, Security) and create detailed As-Is and To-Be process maps to identify bottlenecks and logic gaps • Technical Translation & Specification - Write highly detailed Product Requirement Documents, design test cases and define success parameters • Build automations and integrate AI powered tools: Be hands-on with creating n8n workflows, automation and as required, also be able to integrate new AI-powered tools with existing business processes • Execution & Sprint Management - Maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog of tasks and ensure the team is working on high impact tasks. Monitor daily progress against project milestones and proactively flag any risks to the timeline. • Adoption & Change Management - Create 'How-To' guides for every new automation launched, drive training sessions for the teams using these new tools to ensure high adoption rates and establish a system for users to report bugs or suggest improvements post-launch

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the enterprise AI Compliance Management System under direction of the Senior Director, AI Compliance • Apply established Quality standards, policies, and procedures to AI systems used in GxP-regulated activities • Serve as a Quality point of contact for AI-related compliance questions at the project and system level • Provides day-to-day Quality oversight, guidance, and execution support to ensure AI systems are developed, validated, and maintained in compliance with GxP, data integrity, and regulatory expectations • Works closely with the QMS CDT, QTS and CSV teams as well as Digital, Data Science, IT, and business teams to enable compliant AI adoption while maintaining Quality independence • Contributes to governance, risk assessments, validation activities, documentation, training, and monitoring of AI systems used in regulated processes

• Serve as the enterprise’s senior technical authority for generative and agentic AI, setting the standard for technical rigor and shaping how the Technical Function understands, evaluates, and applies advanced AI capabilities. • Define and evolve AI principles, reference architectures, and technical standards that guide safe, scalable, and robust AI adoption across complex industrial engineering environments and influence long-term technology strategy. • Translate frontier AI research into practical, actionable guidance, identifying emerging methods and design patterns and ensuring Cummins remains on the leading edge of innovation. • Drive and accelerate high-value engineering use cases by advising teams on applying LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems, improving decision quality, and enabling new technical workflows. • Evaluate and validate AI model performance and risks through stress-testing, failure‑mode analysis, and domain-expert collaboration to ensure outputs are explainable, traceable, and decision-supportive. • Build organizational capability and ensure responsible scaling by coaching practitioners, raising AI literacy, and providing senior oversight for pilots and early deployments to clarify where AI adds value—and where human judgment remains essential.
