Data and Business Analyst
Uni Systems
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and user needs to define clear and comprehensive data requirements. • Communication with end-users, K-users, Technical Team (development, etc). • Perform data analysis translating the needs into reports and visualisations. • Implement and oversee data quality standards, ensuring that data is accurate, consistent and reliable. • Identify and address data quality issues through collaboration with relevant stakeholders. • Assist in the go-life of the validated solution. • Provide knowledge sharing and expertise towards the internal team of consultants. • Draft test plans and test scenarios linked to business requirements. • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and data requirements. • Evaluate the impact of changes to business processes on the data warehouse. • Work with stakeholders to manage change requests and ensure that changes align with overall business and data strategies. • Perform demos on the reports and dashboards for the relevant stakeholders. • Organise workshops with the relevant stakeholders. • Work closely with data architects and database developers to design and model data structures that align with business requirements. • Translate business requirements to a business case, describing As Is vs To Be and providing a Fit-Gap analysis. • Collaborate with business users, stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document data requirements. • Offer customer guidance in choosing and proposing the most suitable solution to aid their daily activities. • Document clear functional specifications for the development team. • Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. • Test and validate the proposed reports and dashboards and its functionalities making sure it correctly reflects the data from the source systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in IT or related field and at least years 7 of experience in IT.
- Expertise in project, program and portfolio management and methodologies (PMP, PM2 agile).
- Expertise in Scaled Agile Methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and previous successful experience in a similar multi stakeholder facing role.
- eProcurement experience (migration to SAP S/4HANA) is considered an asset.
- Experience in business workflow application incident, problem, and defect analysis by using quality assurance and quality control practices with the help of tools & technologies like JAVA, Oracle SQL, SQL Server, JIRA is considered an asset.
- Certified in PM2, Scrum Product Owner is considered an asset.
- Fluent in English at least at a level C1 is mandatory.
