• Website Management: Own the operation of our websites, managing both backend execution and ensuring all updates are effectively implemented. • Technical SEO Execution: Implement technical improvements to increase search visibility, including managing backlinks, site flow, and content structuring. • Conversion Optimization: Develop strategies to enhance the user journey on our sites, optimizing pathways to increase consultation bookings and overall client engagement. • Data Tracking: Configure and maintain analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, ensuring precise tracking of site performance and user interaction. • Collaborative Contribution: Work alongside the marketing team, providing consistent updates on web performance and delivering insights on potential improvements. • Site Security & Performance: Ensure the websites maintain optimal functionality, security, and speed, addressing any issues preemptively to avert disruptions.

• Build and maintain event processing pipelines that route events between services. • Develop microservices following clean architecture with proper separation of concerns. • Design database schemas and optimize PostgreSQL queries for product catalog data. • Create gRPC APIs with proper error handling and observability. • Implement worker systems that consume from message queues. • Participate in migrating legacy Ruby services to Go microservices. • Implement features for product catalog management and data import/export. • Work with complex data grids for managing large datasets with search and filtering. • Build forms for product data entry with validation and file upload capabilities. • Maintain authentication flows and user management interfaces. • Optimize React components for performance with large datasets.

• You will be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions that optimize internal processes and ensure the efficiency of RD Station's operations. • Acting directly in support of Sales, Customer Success (CS), Marketing and Partners, you will develop systems, integrations and strategic automations that increase these teams' productivity and improve the experience for customers and partners. • Your primary responsibility will be to take a leading role in the evolution of RD Station's internal products and platforms. • Development and maintenance of scalable, high-performance services; • Implementation of automated tests to ensure quality and stability of applications; • Evolution and maintenance of system architecture, ensuring best practices and modularity; • Monitoring and optimization of system performance in production; • Active collaboration with other areas to ensure solutions aligned with business needs, with a focus on Sales, CS, Marketing and Partners operations.

• Lead the design and development of high-performance frontend applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js. • Organizing, distributing and translating backlog requirements from Product, UX and other disciplines, into detailed spec driven requirements for Agents to implement. • Synthesise user stories, site maps, content strategy, components and design systems, brand strategy, etc, into specifications that coding Agents will implement. • Designing and implementing digital solutions that have proper SEO/GEO, accessibility, performance and content management integrations. • Integrations with key Composable platforms such as Contentful, Contentstack, Algolia, Cloudinary, etc. • Experience implementing enterprise grade design systems, content models and component libraries. • Apply spec-driven development to ensure clarity, consistency, and high-quality delivery. • Architect frontend solutions that integrate seamlessly with backend services and AI-powered systems. • Design user experiences that help users express goals, constraints, and context clearly to AI agents. • Design and implement frontend experiences that leverage: AI-powered APIs and LLM-driven features and RAG-based experiences and AI-assisted workflows. • Collaborate with backend teams to consume RESTful APIs effectively. • Ensure frontend systems are scalable, maintainable, accessible, and well-documented. • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to frontend engineers. • Partner with Project Managers and stakeholders to manage delivery risks and timelines. • Communicate complex frontend and AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including clients.
