• Build with impact: Design and evolve the Shreddit web platform’s architecture, performance, and developer tooling that powers reddit.com for hundreds of millions of users across the world. • Own the web stack: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, cross‑service initiatives in areas like asset delivery, html processing, observability and reliability for core web experiences. • Collaborate broadly: Partner with feature teams, infrastructure, safety, security and other platform teams to make Reddit’s web experience fast, stable, and accessible worldwide. • Multiply others: Mentor and coach other engineers through design reviews, pairing, and documentation, raising the bar for web engineering across Reddit. • Shape the platform: Be a thought partner in our web platform strategy, informing our roadmap for performance as a feature, observability, and developer experience.

• Lead the technical architecture and execution of complex LLM-based agentic applications, steering the work of fellow senior engineers. • Automate the process of converting requirements into frontend code by leveraging various tech stacks including Angular, React, etc. • Drive the development of an agentic solution focusing on library component design systems and innovative AI-generated code. • Champion a rigorous testing culture by engineering sophisticated unit and integration tests to evaluate frontend code efficiency. • Collaborate across global teams to influence the delivery of intelligent, scalable, and robust AI-driven applications.

• Architect, build, and optimize the frontend that powers Aragorn’s Analytics & Agentic HR Studio platform. • Lead development in React, TypeScript, and Webpack, ensuring performance, maintainability, and scalability. • Implement and evolve our micro frontend architecture to support modular, scalable product delivery. • Collaborate directly with the Product Designer and Head of Product to translate UX designs into high-quality, performant code. • Work with our design system, ensuring components are reusable, accessible, and optimized for developer experience. • Critique and collaborate on UX/UI designs, proactively identifying implementation constraints and optimization opportunities. • Work closely with backend engineers to define, consume, and optimize APIs for efficient data communication. • Make strategic decisions on when to leverage third-party libraries versus custom implementations to balance speed of delivery with long-term maintainability. • Own CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications — configuration, optimization, and deployment. • Champion frontend performance best practices, from bundle size reduction to runtime optimization. • Contribute to setting technical standards and architecture consistency for the frontend team. • Participate in architecture and roadmap discussions to ensure scalability and long-term flexibility of the platform.

• You will be owning features on our web and mobile platforms – currently the Phantom Extension, Phantom Terminal, and the mobile app. • You will be leading initiatives to add support for other blockchains to Phantom, and to launch new complementary products or infrastructure. • You will be interfacing directly with end-users and developers building on Phantom – supporting them and collecting feedback to inform the direction of the product. • You will be working with the team to create and foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire.
