• Drive to rural areas to install & service our devices on farm locations, ranging from 1-50 in a given day. • At the site, you will be required to disinfect tires and boots, climb feed bins that range between 10 and 40 ft tall and install our sensor and small solar panel inside the site’s bin. • The installation typically takes 10 - 15 minutes. • Troubleshoot basic issues on field devices (requiring service) where applicable. • Adhere to biosecurity rules where required for each farm location. • Maintain accurate mileage records and time sheets.

• Repair Contractors for Fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products • Looking for contractors with the knowledge and ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and similar products • Clients are very high end companies. • Dedication to customer service is a must.

• Execute Detailed Vegetation Control: Perform high-volume trimming and weed-whipping around sensitive electrical equipment, racking posts, and perimeter fencing. • Secondary Equipment Operation: Operate commercial-grade zero-turn mowers to support the Lead Technician in clearing large-acreage arrays and perimeter buffers. • Civil Infrastructure Maintenance: Assist in performing minor civil tasks, including basic fence repair and the removal of trees/heavy brush using a chainsaw. • Herbicide Application Support: Assist in the safe handling, mixing, and application of herbicides under the direction of the Lead Technician. • Invasive Species Management: Support the Lead Technician in identifying and removing noxious and invasive plant species to ensure site compliance. • Vehicle & Trailer Operations: Safely operate company vehicles and assist in the loading, unloading, and securing of equipment on 20-foot trailers. • Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance on mowers, trimmers, and chainsaws according to manufacturer and company safety standards. • Site Documentation: Support the Lead Technician in capturing site photos and documenting field conditions for accurate reporting. • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all stringent safety protocols and company guidelines.

• Provide service and account management support for clients in a region. • Take water tests, maintain equipment, and assist in maintaining Comprehensive Water Management Programs. • Analyze microbiological and water chemistry data and respond to client requests. • Perform minor maintenance on water monitoring equipment and take on-site readings via testing instruments. • Collect building water samples to be sent to a lab for cultures. • Mentor or train peers to ensure consistent knowledge sharing and team development.
