Transformer Sales Manager
Keller Executive Search International
• Develop and maintain key relationships with utilities and industrial customers • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector and other emerging markets • Clearly communicate customer requirements to technical teams • Arrange customer visits to production facilities and provide support during factory acceptance tests • Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows • Collaborate with tender engineers to ensure fast and accurate quotations • Target ambitious sales growth objectives in the French market • Attend quarterly sales meetings at the company's headquarters in Ireland
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma with a specialization in Sales, Business, or Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a commercial/sales role in B2B
- Fluency in French
- Available to travel for meetings and tests (driver's license required)
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and SAP
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, particularly with electrical equipment
- Technical expertise in transformers and electrical systems
- Established network within the utilities sector
- Experience in the renewable energy sector
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent client relationship development skills
- Deep understanding of industrial customer needs
- Proactive identification of new business opportunities
- Ability to effectively communicate technical specifications between customers and engineers
