Customer AI Strategist

• Strategic AI Marketing Advisory – Serve as a senior advisor to customer executives, shaping their AI Marketing adoption roadmap and ensuring Bluefish solutions deliver measurable impact. • EMEA Customer Relationships – Own strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts across the region, delivering executive-level insights, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and tailored optimization plans that drive retention and growth. • Market Intelligence – Stay ahead of AI, SaaS, SEO, and marketing technology trends—specifically regarding European market dynamics—bringing forward-looking insights to customers and helping Bluefish anticipate industry shifts. • Innovation & Best Practices – Identify and codify patterns from customer engagements to shape Bluefish’s global best practices, thought leadership, and playbooks for AI-powered performance. • Cross-functional Partnership – Collaborate with our NYC-based business operations and Berlin-based engineering teams to bring customer feedback into product strategy, ensuring alignment between European customer needs and Bluefish’s roadmap. • Operational Excellence & Scalability – Responsible for designing and implementing scalable internal operational playbooks. You will streamline delivery processes to provide high-quality, high-value strategic outputs for clients with increased speed. • Product Strategy Partnership – Act as the "voice of the customer" for our engineering and product teams. You will translate frontline client challenges into product feedback/requirements, helping prioritize features that solve real-world AI marketing hurdles.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience owning customer relationships in senior client-facing roles (e.g., management consulting, technical account management, or strategic agency roles) within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Data-Driven Strategy – Strong experience in data analysis and optimization; you can translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders.
  • AI Fluency – Familiarity with prompt engineering and large language model (LLM) behavior is a major plus.
  • Technical Literacy – Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI dashboards) and an understanding of the modern marketing tech stack.
  • Communication Excellence – Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability & Grit – Demonstrated resourcefulness in a fast-paced startup environment; you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and "rolling up your sleeves."
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or finance-related field preferred.
  • Language Skills – Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, German, or other European languages is a plus.
