Learning and Development Specialist

• Build and implement a scalable Learning & Development strategy from scratch • Adapt and deliver workshops tailored to the specifics of different product platforms • Ensure high participation and measurable impact of learning initiatives (NPS, behavior change, completion rate) • Launch and develop an MVP Learning Hub (structure, content systematization, knowledge testing) • Implement knowledge assessment models for onboarding and internal policies • Introduce key learning analytics and prepare recommendations for scaling (MVP vs. LMS) • Design and implement a structured English level assessment framework and track measurable progress • Manage external training programs, vendors, and budgets • Drive a culture of continuous learning, management excellence, and knowledge sharing

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development / People Development / HR Development
  • Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs for managers and specialists
  • Experience building or structuring internal learning systems
  • Strong facilitation skills (online & offline workshops)
  • Experience working with learning analytics (NPS, completion rate, impact evaluation)
  • Experience organizing external training initiatives (vendor selection, budgeting, effectiveness tracking)
  • Experience implementing or configuring LMS / eLMS systems
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Structured thinking, ownership mindset, and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, including adult learning principles (would be a plus)
  • Experience working in product IT companies (would be a plus)
