• Lead and conduct thermal hydraulic analyses to support BWR fuel design, optimization, and performance evaluation • Lead the technical development, application, and maintaining thermal-hydraulic system codes, correlations, and methodologies relevant to reactor fuel development • Develop, validate, and refine high-level programming tools or algorithms to support complex engineering analyses and simulations • Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing across the Thermal & Fluids Analysis team • Analyze and interpret experimental data to inform fuel design improvements and validate analytical models • Document technical methodologies, analysis results, and test findings in clear, concise engineering reports and presentations

• Lead the technical development, accuracy, and uncertainty qualification, testing, verification, and maintenance of analytical methods for evaluating steady-state and transient core/fuel performance. • Develop single-phase and two-phase thermal-hydraulic test plans, interface with test personnel related to all testing activities, perform associated data analysis, and develop empirical correlations or mechanistic models. • Work with nuclear and mechanical engineering teams in the development of new fuel products / software in the area of thermal hydraulics. • Work within a regulatory framework for nuclear software quality assurance for engineering programs. • Prepare, document, and present technical data to both internal and external customers. • Enhance team processes to drive efficiency and simplification. • Communicate effectively with method users through support, documentation, and training. • Ensure high-quality work in compliance with NRC regulations, customer requirements, and business quality standards. • Foster a team culture rooted in teamwork, integrity, transparency, and accountability. • Collaborate with team members globally across various time zones. • Interface with regulatory agencies (NRC, DOE, etc.) as necessary.

• Join a client-facing team through a staff augmentation engagement • Be backend-focused, with strong ownership over API design, performance, and system scalability • Build enterprise-level backend systems and implement GraphQL in production environments

• Develop, integrate, and debug embedded software on Adaptive SoC platforms • Work across bare-metal, embedded Linux (Yocto), and RTOS (Zephyr) environments • Support high-speed networking bring-up and system-level validation • Contribute to hardware-software co-simulation and complex SoC software flows • Perform low-level hardware debugging and performance optimization • Collaborate closely with international engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery
