• Execute major outbound cold calls per day using a power dialer to reach decision-makers in the US. • Confidently navigate gatekeepers, deliver value-driven pitches, and handle common rejections using provided scripts and battle cards. • Accurately update and manage lead statuses, call dispositions, and meeting notes directly within Zoho CRM. • Trigger automated follow-up SMS and email sequences for prospects who do not answer or request more information. • Consistently hit daily and weekly quotas for connected calls and qualified booked appointments.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting specifically targeting the US, UK, or Australian markets.
  • Exceptional spoken and written English with a neutral, highly understandable accent.
  • Prior experience using CRMs (Zoho CRM preferred) and VoIP power dialers.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle rejection without losing enthusiasm on the next dial.
  • Must be willing and able to work strict US business hours.
