Senior 1st Level Customer Service Representative

AUTO1 Group

• You are the primary technical contact within the team and support colleagues with questions, uncertainties, or escalations • You support quality assurance and help continuously improve our processes • You onboard new team members and ensure a structured training process • You contribute to day-to-day operations during staffing shortages

Job Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, ideally in an inbound call center or a comparable environment
  • Strong organizational skills, self-responsibility, and confident use of digital tools
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (basic functions, simple analyses, and spreadsheets)
  • Enjoy working in a team and a strong commitment to service quality
  • Willingness to travel to Berlin occasionally for meetings or team events
