• Implementing, configuring, and supporting AVEVA engineering solutions including Unified Engineering, AVEVA Global, E3D, and complementary modules • Developing, supporting, and maintaining integrations between AVEVA platforms and enterprise IT systems (APIs, SQL databases, data pipelines, cloud environments) • Creating and enhancing PML scripts and automation to customize engineering workflows and optimize user experience • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot issues, ensure system governance, and apply best practices across engineering environments • Producing documentation, support knowledge transfer, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Own the strategy and execution for the customer-facing control plane experience across: • Crossplane: Upstream work and contributions for the open source Crossplane Project • Upbound Crossplane: Upbound’s Enterprise Distribution of Crossplane • Upbound Marketplace: The place where Users and Customers discover content • Upbound Official Providers and Extensions: Development and maintenance of Providers, Add-Ons, Functions, and more • Partner Integrations: Development of Extensions with third party partners • Lead multiple managers and high-performing engineering teams, driving cohesion across product and user experiences. • Help define and drive the long-term vision for hosted control planes and ecosystem extensibility. • Ensure Marketplace, UXP, APIs, and Extensions operate as a cohesive control plane experience. • Shape how platform engineering teams compose infrastructure through Crossplane-powered abstractions. • Drive reliability, scalability, and production-grade control planes at scale. • Own the strategy for Upbound Marketplace as the distribution layer for Crossplane providers, extensions, and control plane building blocks. • Grow and strengthen the provider ecosystem (ISVs, cloud providers, platform partners). • Enable extension frameworks that allow customers and partners to build on top of Upbound control planes. • Ensure ecosystem experiences are intuitive, secure, and enterprise-ready. • Lead managers and managers-of-managers across multiple teams. • Scale engineering org structure to support product velocity and ecosystem expansion. • Establish operational rigor: roadmap planning, delivery predictability, uptime SLAs, and production excellence. • Partner closely with Product, GTM, Alliances, and Customer Success to align ecosystem strategy with revenue goals. • Translate enterprise customer needs into scalable control plane capabilities. • Represent engineering in executive-level conversations around ecosystem expansion and AI-native infrastructure.

• Develop and deliver courseware in support of the DIPN member product line • Develop all training program artifacts in accordance with the 5-step Air Force Instructional Systems Development (ISD) process • Gather source data from the applicable POC’s/stakeholders or provided resources specific to training and technical guide development • Develop operator level procedures from source data and through coordination/meetings with relevant POC’s and stakeholders • Develop training slides and other training aids as needed to support training events • Perform verification/validation efforts on training materials • Work with the Technical Editing team as required to adjudicate reviews/updates/revisions on materials

• Program and validate datasets and SDTMs, including complex efficacy, labs, etc • Program complex non efficacy outputs/figures • Perform Senior Review and Deliver QC of non-statistical output • Develop and debug complex macros • Become involved in developing the standard macro library and take responsibility to implement standard macros within a study • Create, QC and update complex dataset specifications (including efficacy) for single/multiple studies, ISS/ISEs, etc • Review more complex study design SAP without supervision • Review all shells without supervision and provide feedback • Knowledge, interpretation and implementation of current SDTM, ADAM standards • Knowledge of FDA CRT requirements including define.xml and define.pdf • Lead team and be responsible for creation of CRT packages • Become familiar with and follow study documentation • Lead a team for furthering programming development • Ensure the principles in the PHASTAR checklist are followed rigorously • Archive study documentation following instructions in supplied SOPs • Act as a Lead programmer on multiple studies under same project, ensuring quality and timely delivery • Liaise with Study Statistician and Project Manager regarding resourcing and deliverables • Responsible for study level resources • Attend and input to company resourcing meeting • Point of contact for programming issues for the team, proactively ensuring everything is working cohesively • Persuade stakeholders to follow best practice within a trial • Develop and deliver company-wide training as and when required • Create, review and update processes and SOPs • Take responsibility for study compliance with SOPs and processes
