**Your Role:** Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create visually appealing designs that reflect our brand’s identity. You will own the design process for various projects including social media graphics, marketing collateral, web pages and user interface elements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design engaging and attractive graphic content for digital and print media including infographics, brochures, banners, and social media posts. - Create visual elements for our website and marketing campaigns that align with brand guidelines. - Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce email designs and newsletters. - Collaborate with product teams to enhance user interface designs, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. - Maintain and update design templates and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative process, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives. - Stay updated on industry trends and design software to constantly innovate and improve design practices.

• Deliver high-quality creative assets across digital, print, branding, and presentation formats (Web UI is a plus). • Explore and apply AI design tools to create visuals, layouts, and concepts that reflect client branding and project objectives. • Use AI-driven tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to enhance creative workflows and generate design assets. • Develop and fine-tune prompts to produce polished outputs in diverse styles and formats. • Work closely with other designers to blend AI-generated content with traditional design, ensuring seamless and innovative results. • Partner with Project Managers and creative peers to translate client needs into effective visual solutions. • Stay up to date with the latest AI design trends, tools, and best practices, and actively integrate them into workflows. • Apply strong design fundamentals, composition, typography, color, and hierarchy across all deliverables. • Contribute to the creation of scalable, AI-driven design systems that improve efficiency and consistency across projects.
