Role Description We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to support Department of Defense programs by designing, developing, and maintaining secure, modern web applications. - Manage the web application process from conception to deployment - Collaborate with customers to design web applications to meet their needs - Upgrade features to current applications to enhance the product and user experience - Maintain web applications after deployment - Designing, building, maintaining, testing, and debugging modern technology stacks - Work in conjunction with team to develop web applications for the Department of Defense - Knowledge and prior use of scripting and object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar - This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth. • Obtain hands-on experience working in a real-world product development environment • Work with your assigned Agile/Scrum team designing, developing, and maintaining web applications • Become a valued part of the team, contributing to problem-solving and idea generation • Learn about the business and gain hands-on experience with new technology • Develop strong solutions for unique product platforms • Work closely with Product Owner, User Experience Designer, and other team members to conduct Product Discovery • Participate in agile team leveraging continuous deployment and test automation

• Architect, develop, and maintain internal platforms, services, and tooling that support CI/CD, automation, and software delivery. • Design and build scalable backend services and APIs, including event-driven microservices. • Build and maintain user-facing interfaces and internal web applications using modern frontend frameworks and UI best practices. • Lead and support the evolution of CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and platform automation. • Apply DevOps and enablement methodologies to improve development velocity, reliability, quality, and operational efficiency. • Partner closely with product, platform, and application engineering teams to improve developer workflows and platform usability. • Champion developer experience by ensuring enablement tools are intuitive, accessible, well-documented, and aligned with user needs. • Mentor and coach engineers across teams on architecture, coding standards, DevOps practices, and UI/UX considerations. • Facilitate technical deep dives, design reviews, and training sessions to promote shared learning and best practices. • Evaluate, prototype, and integrate new technologies that add value to the software delivery ecosystem. • Contribute to internal platform roadmaps and help translate organizational goals into actionable technical initiatives. • Operate with a "You Build It, You Own It" mindset, taking shared responsibility for the reliability, maintainability, and evolution of the code you help put into production.
