Job Requirements
- Commercial experience managing, influencing, and measuring cross-functional technical teams
- Ability to communicate with others in a clear, honest, and enthusiastic way in order to build trust
- Experience in working with non-Polish clients, building trust and transparent communication
- Experience measuring agile team performance and quality while working with the team to address issues
- Experience leading an agile team and delivering iterative results
- Experience coaching and mentoring agile principles
- Knowledge of the best SDLC practices
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Prior hands-on technical experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role is mandatory

Role Description We are looking for a GIS / Geospatial Test Manager to lead the test strategy and delivery for the private and public beta phases of a major geospatial service within a leading governmental department for their ground-breaking Geospatial Enabling Programme. This role will be responsible for establishing and managing the end-to-end test approach across a complex, data-led, multi-platform environment spanning the entire government department and its ALBs. The successful candidate will lead testing, manage two testers, coordinate multiple platform teams, and support progression from private beta to public beta. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Test Manager in complex delivery environments. - Experience defining and delivering test strategy and execution across multi-team programmes. - Strong experience of functional, integration, end-to-end, UAT, operational readiness and non-functional testing. - Experience managing test environments, test data and defect management. - Experience producing test reporting and assurance outputs for governance forums and senior stakeholders. - Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. - Hands-on familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, test management tools, API testing tools, GIS tooling and accessibility testing tools. - Experience leading or mentoring testers. Requirements - Strong experience of geospatial / GIS testing in data-centric environments. - Strong understanding of AGOL / ArcGIS Online - web map viewers / APIs / data models. - Spatial accuracy, data validation, permissions, interoperability and platform integration. - Experience testing data-heavy platforms, analytics products or map-based services. - Experience where data quality and validation are critical.
