Job Description
Field Quality Inspector
Vanden Recycling
• Conduct supplier and buyer factory inspections • Attend and oversee container loadings • Perform detailed, hands-on material inspections • Collect, inspect and distribute samples • Conduct basic quality testing using industry tools (e.g. NIR, micrometer, magnets) • Identify quality risks, contamination and non-conformances • Reject non-conforming material where standards are not met • Report inspection findings to commercial teams • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Job Requirements
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Quality Inspection
- Must have field-based experience
- Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous
- Comfortable working hands-on in the field
- Strong communicator, organised and methodical
- Confident having difficult conversations when quality standards are not met
- Valid driving licence and willing to travel overnight
